Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role handles a variety of administrative tasks, supports team members, and helps maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems-both digital and physical.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and updating internal databases.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing materials and coordinating with new hires.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the team and daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work well with all levels of staff.
